Absolutely! Our system is designed to scale with your business, and we have the capacity to handle increased volumes during peak periods, ensuring your deliveries remain efficient and timely.

For Recipients

Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. This link allows you to track your delivery in real-time and see the estimated arrival time.

While we strive for on-time deliveries, delays can sometimes occur. If your delivery is late, please contact the business you ordered from directly. They can provide updates and work with us to resolve any issues.

Changes to the delivery address can be made if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact the business you ordered from as soon as possible to request an address change.

If you need to return an item, please follow the return instructions provided by the business you purchased from. MYLAB facilitates easy returns by picking up the item from your doorstep and ensuring it’s returned promptly.

If you’re not home, our driver will follow the instructions you provided during the order process (e.g., leave with a neighbour, in a safe place, or schedule a redelivery). As a last resort, your collection / delivery will be rescheduled.

For Delivery Staff

If you’re interested in joining our team, you can send us an email to enquiry until the “Careers” section of our website is up and running. We’re always looking for reliable drivers with a commitment to excellent service.

Our drivers receive comprehensive support, including training, access to our driver app for managing deliveries, and 24/7 customer service for any issues that arise during your routes.

MYLAB offers competitive compensation, paying our drivers hourly rather than per drop. This ensures you’re fairly compensated for your time and can focus on delivering great service without feeling rushed.

MYLAB works with drivers who both own their vehicles and those who may need a vehicle provided. If you have your own vehicle, it must meet our standards for safety and reliability.

As a MYLAB driver, you’ll be delivering within London. We’ll assign routes based on your location, availability, and preferences to ensure you are familiar with your delivery areas.

Returns are straightforward with MYLAB. You’ll be given clear instructions through the app on where and when to pick up return items, and where to deliver them. We ensure that the process is as smooth as possible for both you and the customer.
